How can I buy my season ticket for 2019-20?
Season tickets can be purchased online by visiting eTicketing.co.uk/HibernianFC. Supporters can also call 0844 844 1875 and select option 1 for bookings and option 2 for enquiries, or can visit the Ticket Office in person. Please note a booking fee of £1.50 per ticket by telephone only, applicable to adults and concessions will be charged.

When does the early bird offer end?
The early bird deadline has been extended and will now end at 5 pm on Friday 26 April.
Is there a payment plan and is there an additional cost involved in taking out the payment plan?
Following on from our recent update, we’re delighted to confirm that our new Season ticket payment plan option is now live.
After the unexpected news regarding Zebra Finance, the club moved quickly to tie up a similar arrangement with V12 Retail Finance.
As a result, the Early Bird deadline, originally scheduled for Friday 12 April, has been extended to 5 pm on Friday 26 April.
Supporters are reminded that if you completed the application process with Zebra Finance and received a successful confirmation email, you will not be affected and should continue with payments as normal.

Is there a family section?
The Famous Five Lower is the home of our family section. Discounted family prices are only available for groups including children or youth season ticket holders. We currently have very limited availability for new season ticket holders in that area and are looking at options to address this in the coming seasons.
For the 2019/20 season, this area will be available exclusively to family groups. Supporters in family groups should purchase as one group when renewing – the purchase will require a child or youth ticket in the group. You can buy as a group through eTicketing’s My Network facility – add new people to your network using their client reference number and surname.
If you currently have a season ticket for the Famous Five Lower and are not part of a family group you will not be able to renew in that area. We would ask you to pick another available seat in the Famous Five Upper, West or East Stands. We will have a relocation period following the seat release deadline in June, should a more desirable seat become available that you may wish to move to.
Is there a singing section?
The singing section, located in Section 25 of the Famous Five Upper, will continue to be located there for season 2019/20.
I’m a current season ticket holder, how long will my seat be held for?
For current season ticket holders to guarantee their own seat, please renew before 5 pm on 7 June.
Will I receive a new season ticket card once I have purchased?
All season ticket holders will be issued with new season ticket cards in the summer.
I’m a student – why can’t I purchase online?
Student season tickets are available to all those in full-time education at a Higher or Further Education body.

I have not received a letter or email – should I be worried?
A number of existing season ticket holders will receive their season ticket brochure by post by the early March whilst others will receive digital communication via email.
I am a current season ticket holder – why did I receive an email instead of a paper brochure?
As with previous campaigns, we are interacting with supporters digitally as well as through brochures. The majority of our current season ticket holders will receive their renewal information electronically, which allows us to deliver a more personal and tailored service, as well as reducing the cost outlay.
I did not receive an email. Where can I update my details?
You can change your address, telephone number and e-mail all in the ‘My Account’ section of eTicketing to ensure we can update you with all the latest news from the Club.

Where can I get a brochure?
Hard copy brochures can be obtained from the ticket office by the end of the week.

I sold my seat via Ticket Exchange how do I get my discount?
If you used our Ticket Exchange platform and your seat successfully sold your club cash credit will be applied at the basket stage of your new season ticket purchase. Please note that if you use Ticket Exchange after purchasing your season ticket for 2019/20, your club cash will be redeemed against your subsequent season purchase in 2020/21.
I want to buy a hospitality membership. Where will my seat be?
Existing hospitality members who renew will remain in their current hospitality executive seats in our West Stand Upper. All new seasonal hospitality members who purchase online will be allocated a seat for administrative purposes only to process the transaction. Once purchased, our dedicated hospitality team will be in touch and will invite you into the stadium to help you choose your seat in our West Stand Upper Executive section, which is our hospitality area.
